Excellent recipes, easy to make and delicious recipes, so far it is the best Mediterranean cooking book ever published.

I have cooked about 15 recipes out of this book. 10 rate 5 stars, 4 rate 4 stars and one rates 3 stars (all out of 5 stars). It is by far the best cook book I own. I can't thank my brother and sister-in-law enough for getting this for me while it was still in print. The publisher should re-print it. I have had 3 seperate dinner guests ask me where I got the recipe from and had to tell them that it's from an out-of-print cook book. The only improvement would be if they had suggested wine pairings with the dishes. Generally you need bold and earthy wines to go with the sensuous flavors in these recipes. Yum!!

I am an experienced cook who likes healthy food that has flavor. Every single recipe in the book my family has rated very good to excellent. I've made almost every one.

I have tried dozens of the recipes from this cookbook, and without exception, they are all outstanding. Flavors are rich and a real dining experience. And to top it all off, most of the recipes are simple to make and don't have a lot of ingredients or take too much time to prepare.

My husband and I have long ago discussed that if we ever have a housefire, one of us needs to immediately grab this book before escaping! It's that good.

I have personally cooked 3-4 of the receipes so far. Excellent ideas. The best mediterranien cook book I own. Kerstin
