Well bought this one. A great attraction for me was the on/off valve in handle. I dont want to waste water unncesseily. The installation was really easy. For those who dont know, you take the shower head out and insert a value (this valve comes with this shower). The valve has two outlets, one to connect your regular shower head which you took off and the second goes to this shower. So your original shower head is never displaced. There is a vavle in the head which you turn if you want the hand held shower or the regular one. Nice idea and it was great.

What is not so great is, the shower holder that comes with it needs screws. I am not someone who is going to drill my tiles just for this shower (I rent). Second my shower leaks. I did not try to fix it that hard though but I think there is no reason to leak below the handle. Overall it works for us and leaking does not matter that much esp when you are taking shower but still ...

I had to buyMommy's Helper Safer Grip Portable Shower Arm as shower holder, that adds 10$ to the price. You can buy something similar in walmart for less than 15$. Overall it worked for us though without big trouble.

I installed two of these. They work well and were easy to install.
I was put off about having to drill two holes through tile for each nozzle holder
and so decided to use Crazy Glue. It worked great and was a lot easier and quicker than drilling.
I know the Crazy Glue will stand up to moisture since I have used it to glue things to the exterior of my car.

I got this to put in the bathtub/shower my kids--ages 3 and 5--use to rinse the shampoo out of their hair. It works great. It has an on/off valve, so you can keep the faucet turned on at the right temperature, but close off the sprayer when it's time for the shampoo.

I bought this primarily to help bathe a senior family member. It was a breeze to hook up to the shower head. I love that there is an on/off feature on the handheld device itself. That is the greatest feature ever!!! Very convenient when I'm trying to bathe my family member who uses a shower chair and I have to keep sliding shower doors back and forth to rinse her backside and then frontside. I use it to just pause the water pressure for a moment and then continue what I'm doing. If you need to actually turn off the water you have to turn off the shower knob. I also use this to bathe my infant daughter. It's great to be able to rinse her after a bath to get any soap residue off of her.

Besides the price, what impressed me the most about this hand held was the smooth working controls on both the diverter and the hand unit. Yes it is a chromed plastic diverter valve instead of brass, but for the price what do you expect! The extra long hose makes taking a shower seated a snap. And guess what, the hand held has three different spray settings and a shut of as well so you do not have to get up to shut off the water flow. My last hand held that cost three times as much did not have that feature. I used CA adhesive (aka crazy glue), to mount the holder to the tile wall. I can't imagine anybody drilling holes in their tile to mount the holder. PS, use the thick Crazy Glue or CA Adhesive, not the thin runny type to mount the holder.

Works great. I didn't install the holder for it cause I live in government housing and do not own the house so we aren't allowed to put screws in the tile but we just loop it up over the shower head/pipe and it works great. I bought this to wash daughters hair and make it easy to rinse her with clean water after her bath, Perfect! I love the open and close slider on the handle so you can stop the water from spraying while you shampoo and than slide the slider and let the water come out again instead of turning on and off the water. Also helps make it easier to clean the shower.

I purchased one of these to wash my infant daughter as we only have a shower stall at our house and I wanted it to be able to easily rinse her with it. The head unit is perfect. It has a nice spray pattern and is a perfect balance between good pressure and being gentle enough for an infant. The hose seems sturdy yet reasonably flexible and has a metal fitting at the end. The real let down here though is the diverter, though. It is made of cheap plastic and mine broke as soon as I put it on. I epoxied the crack and to be fair, it works now and stopped leaking, but it feels like it will break again. I would recommend replacing the plastic part with this all brass Delta unit, available here:

The hardware is all plastic and fragile. After using the hose 5 or 6 times over a period of months (dog wash ), the plastic diverter valve started spraying up to the ceiling. When I tried to unscrew the metal shower head from the purchased chrome colored diverter piping, the end of the piping that screwed into the shower head twisted and broke! It just turned like butter and separated with the plastic inside the shower head's female screw threads. The shower head is ruined and it's too late to return this purchased JUNK!
I'm bothering to write this because I am a bit pissed that such junk is even offered on Amazon. Amazon shouldn't support firms who sell this sort of crap.

I got this for washing the dog in the bathtub. It does the job. Just be careful installing it because the fixture that attaches to the shower outlet is plastic, not metal. Use teflon plumbers tape to insure no leaking. The shut off valve in the spray head is very useful.

This hand-held shower was purchased to help bathe our kids, especially our five year old whose hair was getting too long for easy washing in the bath, who refuse to take a shower. It worked great for the first 4 times but then the diverter valve broke spraying water all over the bathroom. Although I thought this product would solve our bath-time difficulties, in hindsight, I would have been better off purchasing a new showerhead/sprayer combo. I didn't do that to begin with because we like our current shower head. Now we need to find a new diverter valve at the local plumbing store and re-install everything.
