I have had this shower bench for over 2 months now (I broke my leg in 4 places, so showering has been a challenge...) and I'm totally satisfied with it. It said in the product information that assembly was required, but the only thing I had to do was snap in the backrest. The legs are easily adjustable both for height, and to take care of any difference between the tub and floor level. The adjustment increments are pretty close, so the chair is about as close to level as it could be. There is no evidence of corrosion anywhere, and I was a bit worried about that, as there is a mixture of steel and aluminum in the adjustment mechanism (push-in ball locks on springs). I weigh about 235 and it seems totally stable. I would not hesitate to recommend it at all, and the price was about 60% of what it would have been if I bought it locally. I also received it 3 days after I placed the order (shipped ground UPS), so I recommend the seller highly, as well.

Of course, I also recommend NOT breaking your leg........

this little bench is great, and it fits easily into a small bathroom. My mother almost cried when she told me how wonderful this bench was, and how easy it made it for her to take a shower. I would recommend this seat to anyone that has difficulty in lifting their legs, and folks who have problems standing for a long period of time. Excellent item, would definitely recommend!

Ordered this for when my 85 yr old mother came to visit. The chair is made very well, and fully adjustable. Allows the person to sit down before getting into the tub, and the handle is great especially when there is no grab bar in the tub already. The suction cups are large and prevent it from any slipping. It was larger than I thought it would be, but it worked out great.

This is a sturdy, nice-sized bath bench that you can sit down on before you get into the tub. A lot safer than the small ones that sit in the tub only. The backrest has a handle to hold onto which is nice. Would buy it again.

this is a great product .I received this product quickly, which as good because we needed it sooner than we thought. It has been a godsend since my wife had lower back surgery and had to limit the time that she was standing. the only thing is trying to figure out how to keep the water in the tub. It has an all aluminum frame and the plastic seating with the drain holes is very sturdy. it should last a very long time .

Ordered this for my aunt who broke her kneecap and cannot bend her leg. This is a lifesaver! Extended width allows for her to sit and "scoot" over with ensured stability. They had tried regular shower chairs (not the extended bench) and returned the chairs as they did not work.

I ordered this chair on Tuesday afternoon and it arrived Thursday! My 14 year old son assembled it in a couple of minutes. It works great -- the only challenge is the shower curtain.

Excellent product. Helps person get in & out of shower independantly. Very well built.
