Great Book!
My daughter loves the show so I picked this book up for her. The colors and pictures are just as rich as the cartoon and Kai-lan and her friends are just as wonderful as always! In this story they are creating hats for a parade and learning how sometimes when friends copy us its because they love what we made o much. Its a nice lesson and there are a few new mandarin...

Good but not great
This is an amazing book with nice visuals. Perfect Kai-Lan story. Problem is, if you have a busy toddler or a wiggleworm then they will be a problem. The book is thin and the pages are way thinner than most making ripped pages happen easily.

Its a nice lesson and there are a few new mandarin words to learn. I love the front which shows the word in english, mandarin, the chinese drawing of it as well as its pronunciation. A delight for any Kai-lan fan!

My 10 month old LOVES Kai-lan and even recognizes her voice. This is a great intro book for little children and is very colorful.

I bought this book to read for my son, he loves when I read to him at nights. He loved it so much that I bought it for my friends daughter, and she loves it too.
