I love this...I mean my kids love this tape so much that the greatest flaw is that it will never survive in the VHS format. The skits are wonderful and classic muppet taken from the old muppet shows. I would really love to see the complete muppet shows available instead of teasing us with small snippets, but in the mean time, this will have to do.

My child loves this video. She loves the nonstop song and dance routines. There's never a dull moment for her to get restless or bored by. It's lively, upbeat and wholesome fun. It's quite similar to an actual Muppet Show episode from TV.

What a delight to find this treasure for sale. As a fervent Muppets watcher, I have grown up watching the original show on TV ever since I was a little girl. All fans of the Muppets will find that this is a refreshing trip down memory lane. All of the running gags and jokes are reflected and one can't help but get into the fun of the Muppets themselves. One of the best things about this video is that it is Jim Henson at his best. All of the favorite characters and songs are there. The Muppet Show was geared for the younger audience who had outgrown Sesame Street. I highly recommend this video and it is a shame that the studio is no longer releasing it on VHS.

My daughter is a big fan of the Muppets and this tape is great because, not only do you get a variety of skits featuring Kermit, Miss Piggy, Fozzie and the rest of the gang, but two of the best skits of all time are on this tape. First, in a class all by itself is the Mahna Mahna song featuring Kermit, the crazy Mahna Mahna guy and the two background Muppets. This is an updated version of the original version shown on the Ed Sullivan Show with Kermit getting in on the action. The second great "all-time" skit is the "Lime in the Coconut" skit featuring Kermit, a doctor, and two nurses. I have been unable to find this skit on any other Muppets compilations so it makes this tape even better. It would be worth it for just these two skits, but the rest of them add to a great night of Muppets fun!
