Meet on My Ground Sarah Macdonald Alastair CampbellAlastair Campbell almost didn't offer Sarah the position as his secretary simply because she was young and beautiful. He was tired of being sought after by his secretaries. However, after being traumatized in the past, Sarah didn't care how good-looking or rich he was, she would never set her cap at anyone that far removed from her own circumstances. The story revolves around how Alastair tries to break down Sarah's fears. Quite different from most of Essie's confident heroines. She becomes a little annoying in her neurosis, but the story is entertaining as usual. |
