A GREAT OVERVIEW OF ISO9000 ON A BEGINNER LEVEL,

As a student of business administration, and not yet having the joy of being in the ISO 9000 scene, I appreciated a book that brought things that took place in the quality atmosphere down to a beginner level yet with many years of practical experience. This book really conveyed the many aspects that might take place in the process of quality auditing on a beginner level.
