This workbook is a terrific addition to Jim Austin's THE COLLABORATION CHALLENGE. It provides a process for nonprofit organizations to Prepare, Plan, Develop, and Renew alliances with businesses.The Drucker Foundation shares this book and valuable resources on its Web site. With this volume you can share the approach with your colleagues and the Board of directors. There's also a half-hour video that illustrates five examples of nonprofit-business alliances.
