Over time, like a lot of people, I have purchased several so-called "self-help" books that are not at all realistic, and are, in fact, extremely impossible to apply to "real life". This book really stands out from the crowd on this point. The book includes several examples that are very easy to relate to. There is "something for everyone".

Dr. Jackie gives the reader a valuable resource for creating successful relationships of all kinds (personal and professional). And, I especially enjoyed the "personal" voice of the author. I felt like she was right there guiding me through every page.

I strongly recommend this book . . it is well worth the read!!
