Pooh's House a Hit!, January 3, 2004

This review is from: Mega Bloks Disney Pooh Tree House (Toy)
After my daughter got an ABC Train, also by Mega Bloks, from Grandma for her birthday, I knew that the Pooh Tree House would make a great Christmas gift. All of the blocks are sturdy and interchangeable, so my daughter builds the house into a massive tower or anything she wants. The blocks are different sizes, shapes, and colors - no more simple squares. The set comes with Pooh, Eyeore and a jar of honey. We also bought the add-on set with another Pooh, plus Tigger, and Piglet. Any toy that encourages imaginative play is a hit with me!

We got this for our daughter when she turned one. She's almost 2 now, and this toy is still one of her favorites. She plays with it all the time. She loves to put the blocks together and then break them apart and start over again. This is definitely worth every penny.

Not all Mega Blocks are alike, January 14, 2005

My daughter received this toy when she turned 1 and at almost 2, she still enjoys it. It is great for imaginative play, learning colors, and pre math skills. My only complaint with this toy is that the lower base is only suitable for the character blocks. The regular Mega blocks only fit under the base to make a "tree house" or on the very top row. My daughter was very frustrated for awhile until she realized she couldn't fit the blocks on the lower pegs.
