Thinks to Amazon.com my grandson received a toy he wanted for Christmas.
After shopping at several retail stores looking for the Mega Bloks Magnext Dynamix Gears and Elektronix for my grandson and finding nothing more that empty spaces or out of stock signs. I checked a few online toy websites with no results. I went to Amazon.com and within a few minutes I not only found the item, but it cost less than the prices marked in the retail stores...

Don't waste your money
Now only were there no instructions for this toy, there were none on the internet either. Magnetic parts need tweaking so they work properly (ours never did). My 7 year old grandson tried to play with this twice and never touched it again.

Magnext: We received game for gift. My son of 6 years old played with it for about 10 minutes and that was it. No directions, not very enjoyable as most of the gears wont spin. We have the larger version of the one in this picture.

My son got this for his 7th birthday. His review is "I hate this dumb toy". There are no directions that tell you what the toy is even supposed to DO. I guess you're supposed to arrange the gears in such a way that they repel and attract as the one motorized magnet spins. It doesn't work, and it isn't any fun. I wish we could return it - all we can do now is throw it away. What a waste.

The gears barely work and not very interesting even when some do. You get one part to work but not the other. No instruction manual to help put together patterns that will work. I got it at 75% off and am still returning it.

They carry most anything you want or need in toys and many other product categories. The Mega Bloks Magnext Dynamix Gears and Elektronix bought from Amazon.com has not only been fun but very educational. I have to say Amazon.com service is outstanding. Checking with Amazon.com can save you time and money.
