We bought this product from Toys R Us on a vacation to Dubai for my almost 10 year old. We were looking to pick up a LEGO set but got sucked into this one because of the much more reasonable price. Well, it was a mistake! The quality is bad. The pieces just dont stick together and while you are putting together the boat, they keep coming off. It has been quite a frustrating experience for my son, not to mention for the parents as well :

We have not bought other Mega Blocks products, so I cannot say whether their quality is bad with everything. Having said that, we will not be buying Mega Blocks again!
