Let's keep in mind that everybody's body is different, therefore, it does not work for everybody. Fortunately this inexpensive product works for me. With this product, I am able to ignore goodies such as cupcakes & chips. Without this product I will without thinking twice have that cupcake or bag of chips. This product reduces my urge of having those goodies & also makes me eat less because it reduces your appetite. I would recommend this product to anybody that is willing to try it. Keep in mind that it may or may not work for you but it doesn't hurt to try. I would also recommend that you excercise in order for this product to work at it's full potential & help you loose wait.

No pill will make you magically lose weight, but these pills worked really well to kill my appetite. I have a tendency to eat when I am bored, but these pills made me feel full throughout the day and really curbed my eating. If you use them with a good diet and include some exercise in your routine, they definitely help your weight loss goals.

DID NOT LOSE WEIGHT,

I decided to try the caffeine free Mega-T because I quit caffeine a couple years ago and didn't want a diet supplement with caffeine. I only needed to lose 10 pounds. Took as directed for 1 week. Also followed the diet and exercise program per the enclosed pamphlet. After 1 week, to my dismay, I actually gained 3 pounds! I contacted CCA Industries, the company that makes Mega-T, and they promptly informed me that they have a 30 day guarantee and to return them, along with my receipt, for a refund. I shipped them back yesterday. I gave a 2 star rating because of CCA Industries' customer service.
