Mega-T Green Tea works.
I am 46 years old, 5'6" height, lost 15 pounds in 10 days, was 192 pounds, now 177 pounds. My diet is Breakfast of EAS Myoplex Original Chocolate. Lunch is Subway 6" Turkey with American Cheese and Mayo. Dinner is anything not fried or too heavy in calories. Exercise is daily stretching, 30 reps of sit ups and push ups daily, light weightlifting on Sundays, tennis on Sundays, 20 minutes Elliptical on Sundays. Try it. |
