I received this as a gift. First, the batteries are hard to install (and this is coming from a true gadget guy!) Second, the cars barely worked. And when they did work, the wheel came off on one of the cars. True junk. I cannot believe this is an Imaginarium product. For shame!

The fact the these racers only move in two directions does not provide a lot of fun for my 7-yr-old son. I had to return my R/C racers because the wheels fell off after one day of useage. That was April 30. June 6 is when Megatech finally contacted me regarding their completed repairs. Megatech wanted me to pay for the shipping. I paid for the S&H when I purchased the items from Amazon.com, then I paid to ship my cars back to Megatech and now I'm paying for half of the shipping to get my cars returned to me. Unacceptable! Customer Service where are you?

Amazon.com should be ashamed to sell items of this poor quality. Out of the box one car did not work and the other car had a wheel coming off in a matter of minutes. Not much fun.
