Is a good disk, there are some songs than are missed on it(like Diabolica...) and here you can find the sound of Spain heavy metal, but if you realy want to listen great Heavy Metal you need to try Luzbel from Mexico.

if you want something real cool, you should try this cd. Angeles del Infierno son los mejores aunque ellos ya no existen sus canciones siempre perduraran.

This band is very good compared to most Latin "Rock" bands. Most Latin "Rock" bands tend to be poppy and not really rock - they are just labeled that way. This band, however, is very good. Sure, there are some pop songs on here, but most songs have an 80's metal feel, which is very rare in today's music scene.

This 1987 collection attempts to collect the best tracks from Spain's Angeles del Infierno. Recalling early 80s Judas Priest, this band served up some excellent Spanish language metal. Make no mistake about it: This isn't some emaciated 90s rock en espanol. No senor! This is a leather, boots, and-a-bottle-of-Jack kind of heavy rock. If that sounds like your cup of tea, dig my thoughts on the tracks.

Maldito Sea Tu Nombre: On heck of a way to kick off the album! The intro has the typically metal guitar run through some cheesy FX but shortly thereafter, the track bursts into one of the most potent first-pumpers out there. "Maaaaaaaaaaldito, maaaaaaaldito sea tu nombre!" instantly recalls Halford at his finest. The vocals are fantastic, the pace is frenetic and the music is excellent. This, ladies and gentlemen, is METAL!

Prisionero: A chugging rocker that could have only emerged in the 80s. "Eras mas fuerte/Que mi propia voluntad" precedes the chorus "Prisonero/Prisionero/De tu amor". Cheesy? Slightly. Metal: Totally.

Al Otro Lado Del Silencio: Keyboard intro, a la Whitesnake. A few light chords follow, and soon we're in power ballad territory. Soon, the big 80s drums kick in and seal the deal. Not as irritating as other power ballads, thankfully.

Lo Tomas o Lo Dejas: Imagine Priest doing Slade, in Spanish. In the 80s. With an excellent glam beat underpinning the track and bolstered by a layer of harmony, this song is definitely a keeper. Ace guitar solo, too.

Rocker: Standard fast-paced rocker, obviously. Guess what it deals with? Rockers and decadence. Slightly generic, but still lively enough to promote some headbopping.

Con Las Botas Puestas: Another highlight. This tune has a rather inventive structure. The best part of the song consists of the high-pitched "Morire!" that is followed by a growled "Con las botas puestas!" It's totally rebellious, and it's totally metal. More points for the woogawoogawooga guitar effects.

Sombras en la Oscuridad: This next song is a bit more plodding, but the chorus screams `fist-pumper'. A good slice of 80s metal.

Pensando en Ti: A lone bass drum and textured piano introduce this moody ballad. Power ballad guitar pyrotechnics kick in around 2:13.

Fuera de la Ley: Wow, an unexpectedly fast song on here! It's practically proto-speed metal! Neat guitar solo, too. This is totally the kind of song that will totally lead to headbanging.

Heavy Rock: A good closer. It's got an alright rhythm and riff, although the theme is also slightly generic. "Corre, grita/Heavy Rock!/Heavy Rock!" won't go into history, but it works well enough for the rockers out there.

In terms of song selection, this compilation does an effective job at including distinct types of tunes. You get the balls-out rockers, the ballads, the generic "rock" numbers, the plodders and the fast paced rabble rousers. Given that this was assembled in 1987, the relatively small number of songs is understandable. However, this is a collection and quantity still feels rather low. This is the only reason why I'm docking a star from the album's score. But the music itself is great. Simply put, if you like Priest, try this. If you like the poofy-haired pop metal bands, try this. If you like no-nonsense hard rock, try this. Don't let the language barrier keep you away from some very solid 80s metal.

NWOBHM spanish style, the singer sounds like a clone a Rob Halford and the twin lead guitars are amazing!!! If you love Judas Priest, you will love this!!!
