I bought this anthology some time ago in cassette form. I played it over and over again in my car and finally decided to order it on CD. It is a fine anthology of traditional and popular Mexican songs sung by many of our greatest Latin-American artists.

This CD really makes you feel like you're in Mexico!

Awesome collection of songs. I have not been able to listen to any kind of 'music' since I got back from Iraq in 2007. Everything just made me feel empty and I would immediately turn it off. This is the first time I was able to listen to the entire CD+dvd without 'falling apart'. In fact, it soothe my soul. Right now, it's the only collection I can listen to (in the dark) without my demons taking control of me. Again, excellent collection of songs.
