This book is a great starting place for people who have played piano that are moving to the organ.
It starts out with songs which use only two pedals, then three, then four, &etc. Even the easier pieces are nice sounding and could easily be used for church preludes and such. Full-sized pages make for easier reading. Suggested pedal usage (right and left toe, heel) is included.

Favorite piece: Spring from The Four Seasons (sounds great, easy pedaling, good registration recommendations).
Least favorite: Swan Lake (just didn't sound right after the first page on organ. Very symphonic)

Unfortunately, the book went out of print and now the only online bookstores selling it are over-charging. I paid about $30 for mine, which I think was worthwhile (but still expensive!). I do not think it is worth $50.
