I like the look of this jewelry box (black with faux pewter knobs and sueded inserts in a light cream color) but I'm disappointed that only the very top compartment locks. I assumed all of the drawers and the side compartments would be locked. also, the description implies that every drawer is broken down into 4 compartments, but that's not true. only the very top compartment comes with a divider to make 4 small compartments. the rest of the drawers are not divided, which really limits how much jewelry you can put in them without risking everything getting tangled. the very bottom drawer is for rings. I do like the 2 big side compartments for hanging up necklaces.

Gorgeous Tall jewelry Box, almost black in color. Well constructed. Packed securely for shipping. Nice matte finish.Lined professionally. Nothing cheap looking about it like some jewelry boxes are. Awesomely priced and beautifully made. Definitely for an adult taste.

Beautiful looks and excellent craftsmanship! I bought this for my wife and she absolutely loves it. Lots of great organized storage and holds a lot of jewelry. The key lock mechanism feels a bit flimsy, but we don't really use that anyway. Overall, a great product that we are quite happy with. Great design and color finish!

I bought this jewelry box for my wife and she absolutely loves it! Its very sturdy and well built and has plenty of room for everything including necklaces. The mirror opens up to 90 degrees so unless it is at eye level its pretty useless but I suspect that non many women use that mirror anyway. I chose this one over some others because of the option to lock it. However, only the top compartment under the mirror locks. The drawers and necklace doors still come open. Overall my wife is very pleased and I would recommend it to others.

THE GOOD
I got this for my girlfriends birthday (23yrs old). She freaking loves it! The shape, the color, and the key.

THE BAD
Only thing though is that the key only lucks the top part. Not a big deal but it would have been nice if it actually locked everything. Minus a star for that

Far away this box looks great. Maybe I just got a bad one, but one of the drawer facings was broken off when it arrived, and there were glue marks along the lining. The key is annoying to lock, and it takes effort to make it sit properly in the hole. The drawers wobble around in their fittings. I had read reviews about this company's products being disappointing, and I should have listened.

When I received this it was packaged perfectly but as I took itout of the package three of the drawers fell right off, very cheaply put together, I would buy again for maybe $30 but no way would I ever come near the price i had paid for it. We got some carpenters glue and glued them back together and so far so good but then I've only opened the broken drawers once or twice since repairing

I felt like the box was of a good quality and my wife, who has good taste and likes expensive things, loved it. So I would recommend it.

This product is way over priced for the quality you're getting. Yes it is "nice" to look at but once you actually see how bad of quality it is, you will regret wasting your money on it. First off, the front piece of the bottom drawer was off when we received the product, which I do not blame on the handling because of how securely the product was packaged. The packaging is the only thing I give this company credit for. Second, the base of the product is not even so it wobbles around. Third, the drawers hang down when you open them all the way which is poor craftsmanship. Lastly, There are screws missing on one of the hinges. Now that is something not worth a final price of 122 dollars! Also I am not a rich person I am a simple guy so dont judge this review thinking im some rich snobby person!

I bought this as a brithday present. it arrived and I left it in its orginal packaging and gave it to its new owner. who thought this was the absolute best box she had ever seen when looking for them on the web. Her birthday came at the end of sept. when she opened the box the 2 bottom drawers were broken. the company sent me email asking how I liked it and I replied telling them they were broken and have yet to hear a reply back from them. I tried using amazons contact, but when I choose this item all it does is freeze up and wont go any further. so buy it at yer own risk cause you all take the chance if getting a broken item and not being able to do anything about it it really sucks too cause her face really lit up when she seen it but not all it does is sit in the box it was shipped in
