The string continues of great Hawaiian music from Reichel. Keali'i sings from his heart to convey the magic of Hawaii, it people, and rich culture. This CD is another winner! I could listen to the track "The Road that never ends" over and over again. This CD is a must for all lovers of Hawaiian music.

While visiting the big island for the first time, I kept hearing several of the songs from this album on the radio everywhere I went, in shops, on car radio in restaurants etc. I first picked up a tape casette to play in the car as I traveled and then went to a bookstore and purchased the CD. It is one of my all-time favorite albums now. When I listen to the music and Keali'i Reichel's beautiful voice, I am instantly transported back to Hawaii; back to that special state of mind, that blesses one who visits the big island. I'm talking about that state of mind that is familiar to those who have truly journeyed. Thank you Hawai'i and Keali'i Reichel for providing me, one of those unforgettable moments offered up to the observant traveler.

On a recent trip to the Big Island of Hawaii, my husband and I were continually hearing "Ipo Lei Momi" from Melelana, wherever we went. When we couldn't get it out of our heads, we headed for a local bookstore for a copy of this fabulous cd. This purchase has truly become one of the best souveniors of our vacation as it brings back the spirit of the Hawaiian people and their beautiful language. Thanks Keali'i Reichel and keep the beauty of your language and music coming!

On a trip to the Islands in September, my husband and I kept hearing "Maunaleo" everywhere we went. As fate would have it, someone gave us a sampler with 5 songs from all his CD's. We fell in love with all the songs and decided to purchase a CD. Melelana was our choice because it had the song "I will be Here" which was sung at our wedding 5 years earlier! This brought tears to our eyes at such a romantic coincidence! His music is a wonderful mix of clear, melodious harmonies and beautiful music which truly touched our hearts. The spirit and beauty of the Hawaiian people is so evident in his songs. We highly recommend this CD to anyone thinking of going to the Islands or those who have been and want to remember.

We just discovered this beautiful musician. Our daughter will be using th title song "I Will be here" on her wedding day.Thanks for bringing a part of of my hawaiian hertiage to North Dakota, your music will play at her wedding dance.

Not since Streisand has a performer touched me so deeply with the beauty of their voice and feeling. Reichel brilliantly captures the grace, beauty and spirit of Hawaii and its people. If you've been to the Hawaiian Islands and a tear doesn't come to your eye listing to "Maunaleo", I feel sorry for you. A video of this gorgeous song is included on the computer enhanced CD. The other songs are just as beautiful and fun. Thank you Keali'i.

"Melelana" reminds me how important nature is. "Melelana" reminds me ho important LOVE is. I am so grad to find this wonderful album. My most favorite song is "I Will Be Here" because after listening to this song I don't feel so lonley. I can believe in tomorrow.

On a recent holiday in Honolulu we heard this beautiful voice on a local radio station. Upon enquiring with the front desk manager we were given his name and went to the record store in Ala Moana shopping centre where the helpfull staff directed us to his section. We bought 2 CD's of his and now are happily listening to his beautiful voice in Australia. He is Hawaii's best kept secret.

My husband and I had the pleasure of seeing Keali'i Reichel at National Geographic a couple of years ago. We love traditional music of all kinds.....but this gentleman is special. The songs are all passionate and heartfelt, some uplifiting, some just plain romantic! The CD Melelana makes you want to jump on the next plane to Honolulu!

This is one of the best albums Kealii has come out with. His tone is very sweet and mellow. You will certainly enjoy it.
