Love, Love, Love Melissa and Doug products. When you order Melissa and Doug you know you will be getting a quality product. This board is larger than what I thought it would be - so check out the size. My kids love to compete with one another to see who can make tic-tac-toe first. Product is durable and has an old time feel and look. High-Quality. Check out their other game boards- we have Pick up Sticks, Mancala, Jacks in a Box, and Marbles and I would recommend them all.

I purchased this game after teaching my six year old grandaughter how to play Tic Tac Toe on paper.

The pieces are well made and the fact that the board stores the parts makes it an excellent purchase.

I intend to purchase another for my grandsons in VA.

Wonderful attention grabber.I have half a dozen young grand kids, this really slows them down.They will sit and play for the longest time. Not much stops their running around.

I am so glad we bought this beautiful wooden tic-tac-toe game... I love the antiqued nostalgic look of it...the blue color of the "O" pieces are actually more muted and darker in color than pictured, but other than that, everything else looks exact. There is also a notch on the back of the game board so one can hang on the wall as a display. ....highly recommend this adorable product.

The girls love playing tick tack toe with their dad. Easy to hang up for storage and fun for all ages.

I purchased through Amazon, the wooden Tic Tac Toe, Jacks and the Japanese Checkers. The items were Melissa and Doug products and they always offer wonderfully unique educational items.

The reason for my purchases, is I decorated my Grandson's, I babysit daily, nursery in good ole fashioned toys! The items purchased are just what I expected with the toys. They are stressed wood, well made and look like antiques; which is indeed what I was looking for. Everyone does nurseries different, but I wanted to share with my grandson the experience of the toys of the past. These were PERFECT and will be fun to play with when he is old enough!

I also added a large picture of "Jacks" on an easel, one of old balls with a single baseball pictured and 2 hobby horse pictures. I added a wooden items, such as, a toybox with antique pictures of a basketball and a baseball player hitting a ball,etc. a wood hobby horse, a "Jack in the Box" and wooden train, trucks and airplanes.

Yes, I accomplished the unique nursery for my grandson and I know we will have lots of fun times playing with the "Old Fashioned Toys". I share this idea, just in case; some grandmas out there may want to share their childhood toys with their grandchildren.

Also, my 20 month old great niece loves to play with the, "Tic Tac Toe", as a puzzle.

Amazon is the best because they offered the bulk of the items mentioned above and made it simple to accomplish my grandson's nursery desires!

I was looking for a game that the grandchildren could play when they visit. This is durable and they love having the tiles to place rather than just playing on paper. They think that it is an 'old' toy because of the way it looks. We all enjoy playing.

To date I've purchased 5 M&D game boards, most from Amazon, as gifts for my grandson and grand-nephew who thoroughly enjoy engaging older family members in challenges. These toys are enjoyable, educational and very durable. The next ones I purchase will be the chess boards. I highly recommend them for all families, with or without children.

Grandchildren love to play tic tac toe..This is a great quality set which should last for many years. I am very pleased with it.
