My 3 year old grandson and I have put this puzzle together many times, and he hasn't gotten tired of it yet after 3 months of play. At first I had to do a lot of it for him, but he is beginning to do it on his own with a little help from Grandma. The color is great and it is very durable. We like the thick and chunky pieces. I just bought two more Melissa & Doug puzzles recently, because I was impressed with this puzzle. I'm sure my grandson will enjoy the T-Rex puzzle as much as this one, and I know he will be playing with these puzzles for a long time. A satisfied customer. Faribault,MN

My 2.5 yr old son loves this puzzle. I help him put it together and he just loves the challenge and the construction equipment. I like how tough the pieces are- they have held up even when stepped on and chewed on by a baby. Very nice!

My son just turned 2 and the only thing he loves more than construction equipment is jigsaw puzzles. So we bought him this one, and I don't know who looked more stunned when he opened it -- him or me. It is really huge, so be advised that it's 2 ft by 3 ft, and plan accordingly. I wouldn't recommend it for those who are short on floor space, because it's not the kind of puzzle you can do on a table.

Once my son got over his shock, he seemed to have fun with the puzzle. But it's hard for him to reach across the expanse of the puzzle with his little arms; he ends up having to get up and walk around the puzzle to put some of the giant pieces in place. He's just at the right age to start doing 24-piece puzzles, but maybe he's just too little for something that's scaled so big.

I got this as a gift for my Nephew for Christmas and he and my son liked it so much I had to get one for my son.

My son is 2.5 and he loves puzzles and anything that has to do with construction. He has been putting together large puzzles by himself for a few months now, and when he saw this puzzle, he got very excited and proceeded to put it together by himself in about 30 mins. This puzzle, like all puzzles by this brand, is high quality. Great product, we are very happy to add it to our puzzle collection!

I gave this puzzle to my best friend's almost 4-year old son and he LOVED IT. The pieces are big, the color is good, and he liked seeing the individual items as they appeared when he put the pieces in place. Highly recommend.

I originally saw this puzzle in the Resource Room at the elementary school I sub at. My 4 year old nephew is "construction crazy", so I went online and ordered it for his birthday. My brother tells me he loves to put it together and has all kinds of stories to tell about the equipment. The puzzle has held up well....and provides Pete with lots of enjoyment.

I bought this last Christmas for my then 3 year old and he has made it over and over again. The big pieces make it easier for him to handle. I recommend to anyone. Colorful picture is wonderful.

My 3-year-old nephew really enjoys this puzzle. He is convinced that the guy with the mustache and beard is a woman though. The puzzle held up okay for a couple of days of pounding, but one piece started to delaminate. This was fixed easily with glue, but makes me concerned about the durability of the puzzle. The pieces are thick though, so hopefully it will last a few months of alone play.

I bought this for my grandson's 4th birthday. He loves puzzles and we worked it 3 times but he still needed a little help. He can do it by himself now. I have bought other Melissa and Doug floor puzzles and they are always excellent products.
