So far my daughter (3) uses this more to play pizza delivery than actually setting up slices for people. But for that, go to the Melissa & Doug blog for a print out of a menu - and your child can customize orders! Set is of high quality. Glad it has the box (due to us playing delivery).

I got this for my daughter for christmas and there are tons of cool toppings for the pizza and fun to mix and match. She really loves playing with it and the pieces stay ontop of the pizza really well also.

I got this instead of the wooden set, since I didn't want hard pieces thrown everywhere. My son likes it, but the pieces pick up lots of pet hair and carpet fuzz! Such is felt. It's cute, though, and he likes that it's in a cardboard box like a real pizza.

This is cute and I like it far better than the wooden M&D sets that seem to chip and fall apart.

This pizza play set is easy to stack and teaches basic counting and percent concepts. The only downside for public areas with lots of different kids playing is sanitation is not as easy on the set as the plastic type.

Got this for my 3uear old's birthday with his new kidkraft kitchen. The pizza is very durable- good quality, many toppings for endless play time. It even fits in the play oven. I would recommend!

Melissa and Doug are the best! I love this little pizza set and my daughter cant get enough of it and her new sandwich set. When I get home she wants to play Pizza and its fun watching her enjoy the set. I just dont want to lose any of the pieces.

I bought this for Christmas for my two year old niece whose favorite book is about making pizza with her grandpop. Everyone absolutely loved this toy on Christmas morning - really it's fun for all ages. The materials are high quality (as "high quality" as felt can be anyway) and although I don't think the cardboard pizza box it comes in for storage will last very long, it is a really cute idea. We adults liked the concept better than my niece, though. As you can see from the image, the set comes with a pie cut into 4 single slices. Each slice has it's own set of toppings (e.g., there are 4 tomatoes, 4 cheese, 4 broccoli, etc.), which are exactly the same, except for the peppers, which are four different colors. Anyone who grew up with siblings understands that it is important that each is identical, or else you run into the whole issue of "he has more than me!", or "but I wanted the blue one!".

My niece absolutely loved making custom pizzas for everyone in the family. We got a kick out of the fact that she thought the brown sausages were "cookies" and the white onions were "marshmallows". She made grandmom "eat" a marshmallow broccoli pizza. Yum.

I bought it for the fun, but it also has educational value. My niece is two and she loves counting and matching and sorting by color. The box says it's recommended for kids ages 3+, but I think it is safe for a child younger, if they have interest. I can't think of a way a child could hurt him/herself with this; the pieces are larger so even putting a piece in the mouth would not very likely lead to accidental swallowing/choking. Obviously I would never tell anyone to ignore the manufacturer's recommendations, but I felt confident in my decision to give this to a 2 year old.

I would definitely recommend this toy.

Love that these are soft and because they're felt have a little grip/stickiness so the veggies don't easily fall off the pizza. They also don't take up a lot or room to store. One thing I would have liked would be for the pieces to be a little smaller. They're fairly large (e.g., the bell pepper fills an entire slice) and this makes it a little more difficult to play with them with other kitchen toys because they don't easily fit in the toy pot or bowls. Kids love them.
Comes with green bell pepper, pepperoni, mushrooms, brocolli, black olives, onions, sauce, cheese, crust, pizza pan, and the box is part of the toy set as it's designed as a pizza box. There might be other foods but can't remember any more.
