Both of my kids (4 ½ and 22 Mos.)love fire trucks so this puzzle was a big hit. The large size (4 feet long) makes it a good size for use on a coffee table. t is also large enough that several kids can work on it without banging into each other.

The design is clear with strong colors and nice details (look for the dalmatian in the window). The pieces are durable for cardboard (my kids walk across the puzzle constantly and it has not been damaged).

My only fault with the puzzle is it is so popular I can never get it put away for more than a few minutes. Once taken apart, the kids want to put it together again.

I bought this puzzle for my 2 1/2 year old son. He loves to point out everything on the puzzle. he is getting really good at putting it together.

The pieces are very large and thick so hard to bend.

It's great to see puzzles are becoming more and more durable. This one certainly can withstand toddler handling. Bright, colorful pieces. Great family fun too.

I have to say that my 3 year old grandson loves this puzzle. In fact, he loved it so much that I bought him 2 other puzzles by Doug & Melissa. I like them because the pieces are big and extremely durable. He stands on them, walks on them and a little of everything else, but they still hold up. This puzzle addresses two of his greatest thrills -- firefighters and puzzles!! How much better can it get!!!

My 3 and a half year old son wants to play with this daily. The pieces are very large so when he completes the puzzle he has a sense of accomplishment. I have many "melissa and doug" puzzles I have recieved as gifts and I will in turn buy them for others. Very good quality and educational products!

We gave this to my son for his 3rd birthday a month ago. He loves it and puts it together almost every day. It's gotten to the point where he hardly needs any help. The level of difficulty seems perfect for him. The pieces are large, colorful, and sturdy. I feel this is a quality product.

as with the other M&D puzzles, this one resists being walked on and chewed on by my 3 and 1 year olds. My three year old likes fire trucks and he likes puzzles, he also acts like every time he puts it together is the first time he noticed the dalmatian in the back window. I highly recommend this puzzle.

This puzzle is huge! It is fun to put together. I bought this for a 4 year old and the pieces are quite thick which I'm sure will ensure considerable durability over time.

Paid $[...] for this with free shipping which I thought was reasonable especially when I saw the size of the pieces.

My boy loves this puzzle when it's all put together. (He loves anything with a big truck.) But it takes us an unusually long time to put this one together. Something about it is trickier than your average big chunky kid puzzle. Especially the pieces that make up the rear -- they all look the same.

This is an amazing puzzle. It is large and extremely sturdy. My 5 year old boy has put it together at least 200 times and now his 3 year old brother is starting to use it. The box is just as sturdy as the puzzle which is important too! I have a couple other Melissa and Doug floor puzzles and will continue to buy these when I see them, they are worth the money for their quality and durability. I hope they continue to make more! Don't hesitate to try these puzzles, you won't be sorry.
