Excellent life-like dog and great value!
I ordered another dog along with this one...the other one was triple the price but this one is better. Really impressed.

I bought this dog at a gift shop while I was on vacation. When I was carrying her to the car, everyone was staring at me. Some people asked me where I got her, and then rushed off to the store where I got her from! I don't really use her to play with, but she makes a great decoration in my bedroom with all my other stuffed dogs and dog posters. There are other dogs and animals, too. There are Labradors, Dalmatians, Huskies, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Pugs, Old English Sheepdogs, Lions, Tigers, Horses, and many others. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a nice life-like toy, decoration, or maybe even something to put in a pet shop window for displaying dog accessories.

The age says 3 years+, but this dog is safe enough for 1 year olds provided there is supervision. It's taller than she is and she loves playing with him. He's stiff, so there are no moveable parts. Soft, but firm. Decent toy for younger kids.

I gave this as a birthday gift to my niece because it was a replica of my own sweet golden, Rylie. She loves, loves, loves it because it is life size and she feels like she has her own real Rylie. She sits on the front porch with it and stops traffic in front of her house. Everyone thinks it is real! It is a wonderful gift to give because she will always have it and it never makes a mess or gets hungry!

This was exactly what one of our granddaughters wanted for Christmas. She was delighted. It is fun also to watch the reaction of "real" dogs when they see one so large that won't react to them. The delivery was fast, the price was very good, and it seems well made. It was everything we had hoped.

I looked all over for a stuffed golden retriever for my mom for Christmas. found this one by Melissa and Doug on amazon. it looks so real its unbelievable. my mom said it looked like cookie her golden retriever who passed away. you made my moms Christmas thanks

Received Golden Retriever and am very happy with it. The kids love it(ages 2yrs to 6 yrs) and it is dragged from room to room as a constant companion of one little fellow in particular.Melissa & Doug Life-Like and Loveable Plush Golden Retriever

In my Photo Studio I often take our real Golden Retriever (Duke) to work. He's very friendly, but sometime a little too much when I'm trying to take pictures. When I saw this life-sized Golden I decided to buy him and put him in my store window to greet people as they walk by. It's hilarious to watch as people think it's our real dog. They stop by, then laugh at themselves for thinking Duke would ever sit that still. He's a real hit!

They are such beautiful, intelligent, and perfect dogs.

This life-like dog is the real thing folks... I mean, no, it's not actually a REAL dog, haha. I mean this is actually something you can buy, so that makes it real.

It's a real item!

One of the prettiest dogs on the face of the planet can now be yours, and you don't even have to brush him out, feed him or water him or take him for walks around the sidewalk, haha. Though I wouldn't mind walking this dog around and see peoples reactions.

Maybe they'll be fooled and think he's real, and if not... I guess it'll look pretty silly (and incredibly embarrassing!) walking a fake dog around, hehe.

I recommend this product for kids of all ages, and even some of the adults out there should probably buy one too. Come on, some adults act like children and you know who you are *wink wink* *looks in mirror*. D'oh!!

The stuffed Golden Retriever is terrific. True to the breed and very durable. Children who see it are absolutely delighted with it. He begs to be petted.
