Filters are a must for percolators, but this brand can be a little pricey. I suggest looking around for store brands in super markets because I have and it is the same quality. If you do want to buy this brand, it is a good product and it will work well for the percolator so I suggest going straight for the bulk package so you won't have to worry about running out.

Perfect for the 4-cup percolator I purchased. At 10 cents each (about $4/40) they're a tad expensive, but the difference between using these and the plain disc filters that sit in the bottom of the percolator reservoir is dramatic. Wrapped correctly, there's pretty much close to a zero amount of coffee grounds that slip past. If you don't want grounds in your percolator-brewed coffee, these are definitely the way to go.

I think these are the best, they keep the coffee grounds corraled in the coffee pot and none apprear in the coffee - good design

I have used this product for some time now and they are hard to find in a local store. I would not use my coffee pot without them.

This is a great product if you have a perculator coffee pot. No messy ground to clean up or get in your coffee. Easy to use

Just what I need for the old Corning "cornflower" perc I bought on ebay. Automatic machines are fine, but when the lights go out (more often than they should) it and my butane camp stove will get me through.

LOL, folding the corners over reminds this old sailor of closing up my seabag....

We use this in our camping perculator. It so so much neater and cleaner to use. It also traps the oils from getting into the coffee. Love it!

I have the Medelco glass stove top percolator, and these fit it fairly well. I only bring the center hole down partway down the stem, because it would tear a bit to bring it all the way down. The lower part of the Medelco stem is larger than the punch-hole. It still works just fine, and is much better than the disk filters which don't cover enough area. I usually get a pot of ground-free coffee with these. I plan to continue to buy them.
