I thought I had made a mistake ordering these filters because the coffee maker I bought had a permanent filter in it. These Melitta Cone filters are much easier to deal with, especially the cleanup!

Filters were as expected and functioned properly in the Braun Coffee maker purchased concurrently.

I use these with my Cuisinart coffee maker. The size 4's are for large coffee makers and I typically make 12 cups each day. The filters fit nicely into my gold cone filter and are easy to install and easy to remove. The Melitta filters come in packs of 40 or 100 per box. They are tall enough that I have not experienced coffeeground runover, as I did with another brand that had shorter walls.

My only comment is that they are usually on sale locally at my grocers so I have not bought them online. I just stock up when they are on sale.

These are the only filters I use but I can buy the 100 pack at my local grocery for less than they want for the 40 pack here, I don't know why these are so over priced, I've bought many items through Amazon and have always been happy with their prices.

These are difficult to find locally so it is convenient to order them online. I need to find a local source to avoid postage because that makes them prohibitively expensive!

Don't always assume that Amazon is lowest price. My local national grocery chain has this item for three dollars.

These were only selling for $1.89 (before tax) at my local grocery. I have no idea why it's so overpriced here. Plus, you'll probably have to pay more for shipping.
