This mug came with a broken handle (packaging left something to be desired). They replaced it without hassle and without expecting me to send the broken one back. The replacement came swiftly. I appreciate the immediate positive response I had about my problem and I will purchase from this company again!
Six Months Later: I've used this one-cup every day and while it does take some time to "brew" that perfect cup, the taste is so well worth it. I had to deliberately slow my life down and plan to make this cup of coffee because it isn't instant. It takes about 3 minutes so stand there and slowly pour your very hot water into the filter and ponder the good things in your life! Great way to start the day.

Unless you're really impressed with the color green, the filter itself can be picked up at the grocery store. The one around the corner from me was selling them for about $1.

I have owned a Melitta one-cup cone for years and honestly, when I want a good cuppa, I use this. It's hot, it's fresh off the boil (because you boil the water) and it's as strong as you want it. I like 2 Tablespoons of fine-grind coffee in the filter per cup and then add H&H to mine. You can't go wrong, plus it's portable.
