I love grant green's music it's timeless jazz for all races of people who love the sound andbeauty of jazz.Grant was a huge talent who's life was cut short.this cd has some great music on it.these jazz master series is the last great jazz grant came out with in the late 60's.

The product information neglects to tell you of the contributions of little known Jimmy Forrest-like tenor man Claude Bartee, without which the mellow tracks may have turned out to be a somewhat dull affair.
