This is a very nice well crafted nozzle in all respects except one, it seems to limit the flow somewhat from a typical nozzle, and doesn't give the same jet range when set to the thin narrow pattern. I purchased this and a Ray Padula version at the same time, and that one has a superior spray and flow in my view. Otherwise this is great.

Had a crack in my spray nozzle and contacted Melnor informing them of the situation. Danilelle from Melnor sent me a new nozzle - no questions asked. That is about the best customer service that I have had in a very long time. Better than Nordstroms or Costco if you ask me. I would definitely recommend Melnor products to my friends and family.
