i have been buying cortisone cream for years. every time i go into a drugstore i look to see if it is on sale because i always know i will need it. this item i purchased on amazon instead of the drugstore works perfectly, it definitely makes an impact and definitely is working like any of the brand names or store brands i've bought over and over in the past. but the price is incredible and what makes this a must buy. it makes the store deals i've gotten before pale in comparison and make me why i wasn't buying this item all along. for a price / quality combination, a clear 5-star buy.

The price for this was very cheap compared to brand name cortisone creams. However, when applying it to an affected area, it doesn't have the "kick of relief" I usually get from brand name cortisone creams. It's as though something is missing, or the level of cortisone is not what is should be. I did a comparison with my regular brand (Cortizone 10)and went back to it.

often one buys generics because one wishes to save on price, & one hopes for the best in terms of result. THis one is a winner. it works as effectively as branded hydrocortisone creams, & indeed leaves the skin more supple. Excellent value

I have used these types of creams for a few years and this is by far the best value! Most other packaging is 1oz whereas these are 2 oz and work just as well as any other creams I have used.

After using 4 tubes, as far as we can tell it is just as good as the name brand selling for $10 per 2 oz tube at the drugstore.

I have a chronic skin condition so I have been searching for generic over the counter hydrocortisone creams at reasonable prices. This one definitely fits the bill. You get 4 - 2 oz. tubes in a box. The active ingredients work and the inactive are both aroma free and soothing. If you really want to save more money you can find this brand at a major membership warehouse club beginning with the letter S owned by the very well known retail mart beginning with W. Unfortunately, this product is not sold in the retail store, but only in the membership club store. The package of 4 tubes is less than $8 in this store. That is why I'm only giving it four stars due to its price here.

Writting this review because the 5 star ratings sounded fake. THere was one review where the person said it did not work, but rated it 5. Must of been a mistake. Anyway, just wanted to at least give that rating some weight.

Received this 4-pack in a timely fashion, and it's exactly as represented. This is a significant savings over purchasing over the counter, so if you don't mind stocking up, it's an excellent deal.

After weeks of hydrating and lotioning a patch of contact dermatitis (irritated/allergen prompted skin redness/dryness) that just wouldn't go away, I did some research and found this pack locally (the price is quite good compared to brand names) and it worked wonders.

After one weekend of applying it sparingly (as directions say), it cleared things right up. It works. That's what important, because having a patch of red flaky skin is really embarrassing, and hard to hide. Since most generic pharmaceuticals are identical to name brands (aside from the packaging) I had no problem trying it.

I'm glad it came in 4 x 2 oz tubes because I don't use a lot and won't have to open them until I need them. This certainly did the trick and I will most definitely use it again.
