I have been taking Membrell's Eggshell Calcium for 4 years now. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and this is what my doctor recommended to me. My Calcium Count in my bloodwork remains normal and this has helped. If you are looking for a Calcium that works effectively, this is it.
