5.0 out of 5 stars It actually works
Read some good reviews about this book and decided to try it.
Was not disappointed..., following the book I was pleasantly surprised
when I actually was able to remember large amounts of information
without writing it down on paper.
It`s not like a "free lunch", you do have to make an effort, but if you do,

1.0 out of 5 stars Just the journey method. Nothing more.
This book is based simply on the Journey method. No new information that has not been presented in every major work on Memory Improvement. Over-hyped, over-priced, repackaged material. Period.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very usefull structured approach to improve memory, July 8, 2008

I bought this book to improve my memory for job interviews and names. I have always had a hard time to remember especially names and phone numbers.

The book takes a structured approach to memorize phone numbers, names, academics, calendar items and much more. If you have never read anything about memory then I would highly recommend spending some time on the memory techniques in this book - It will prove very valuable.

The book is very easy to read and Oddbjørn By have a funny and inspiring attitude, which makes the book fun to read. In order to get results you need to spend a little time to practice. It is not a free lunch, but if you spend time I am quite sure you will become impressed how easy you can remember all 50 American states without hesitating. In alphabetic order. The same could be done with your anatomy or accounting curriculum.

The downside is that you need to keep practicing otherwise you will forget the memory techniques, but if you spend some time I believe the book is very useful!

I have personally used the techniques for job interviews, in Management Consulting, solving cases where you need to hold a lot of information in your head while demonstrating your analytical skills at the same time. Here the techniques proved very useful.

5.0 out of 5 stars Memo - Oddbjorn By, July 6, 2008
This review is from: Memo: The Easiest Way to Improve Your Memory (Paperback)
This is by far the most informative book i have EVER read, it is totally amazing. The methods work. Just incase you missed that 'IT REALLY WORKS'. The more time you spend in the beginning setting your mindset, the more effective the methods! On the other hand, if you just want some tips on remembering everyday things, this book is full of them, you don't even have to spend time on them, they just work! This book can be used for numerous objectives, for the rest of your life. My children are all using the different methods for bettering their school grades, they all feel that this book should be part of the schools' essential reading list and a part of the curriculum. It is really fun to read, the author comes across as honest, very informative and entertaining! My family and I recommend this book wholeheartedly!:-)

5.0 out of 5 stars Just read it and use this technique every day, August 6, 2011
This review is from: Memo: The Easiest Way to Improve Your Memory (Paperback)
This book was and still is very useful for me. I was looking for some information at internet about memory improvement but it were heaps of different websites with enormous amount of information.
I have read several books about easiest way to remember figures and dates, but never found the material practical and quick to implement. The book is direct, simple and powerful and this book will benefit anyone who wants to enable success in their education through self-improvement.
I have given this book out to my friends and university mates, and consider it the best tool out there to help them to improve their performance and effectiveness.
