Gozzi's book a treat, March 13, 2009
This review is from: Memoirs of Enzo Ferrari's lieutenant (Hardcover)
I enjoyed this book from Franco Gozzi of memories of his career at the Ferrari organization. History plays into his narrative as does his humor and many inside stories of Ferrari drivers and management.
You may find the translation a bit troublesome in parts, but not enough to take away from the story.
The photographs are a real treat in that I hadn't seen most of them before. If you're looking for a complete photo history try another book. This one is more personal and is complimentary to the pros.
I was wary if this book would live up to it's "inside" information from Mr. Gozzi of the Ferrari team, but I believe it succeeds on that count.
For Ferrari and other motor sports fans, sit back and enjoy a good read.
