Memorex makes an excellent paper sleeve to protect CDs and DVDs from lying around gathering dust. The paper sleeves are also particularly good when mailing CDs and DVD discs because they protect the disc while reducing the cost of postage. It costs less to mail CD and DVD media in paper sleeves than it does to mail the same CDs and DVDs in slim jewel cases. This savings alone should make these sleeves pay for themselves!
They are also useful for people who have accumulated so many CDs and DVDs that to store the media even in the slim jewel cases now takes up too much room.
Overall, these are good quality paper sleeves at the right price. I highly recommend these CD/DVD paper sleeves for people who want a practical and cost-efficient alternative to jewel cases.

I bought these Memorex paper sleeves (box of 100) a number of years ago because I was tired of jewel cases that either were too bulky, too flimsy, or fell apart.

I've had CDs and DVDs in these sleeves for over 5 years now, and they have not ripped, yellowed, or separated. The paper is a good sturdy weight, same as regular copy/printer paper. The window is clear gloss plastic, and it's large enough to see most labels without problem. I use them in my vehicle to keep CDs for the stereo - they take up far less space than jewel cases which allows me to keep more CDs in the console. At my desk, I use them for data/backup discs and again, they take up way less space than jewel cases, let alone those huge retail packages some software discs use.

Ready to buy another box of 100, and I won't even consider another brand. You can pay less for others, but I want something better than near-tissue paper, and these sleeves have proven their value with me already.

These are great quality sleeves at a really good Amazon price. The packaging is stupid, however. The sleeves are securely packed in a paper box but they are also bound by a thin rubber band that's so tight it creases the sleeves making about half a dozen in each package unusable. The paper box would have been more than sufficient.

The high quality paper of these sleeves by memorex are bright white and have a similarly high quality plastic film window. I've used a few hundred of these sleeves with perfect results. They are ideal for disc storage and can be a huge space saver if you're looking to dump your jewel cases. You can fit a little bit of limited artwork (the front piece) in this sleeve and still fit a disk. There's a tab on back to fold the edge under to secure the contents. My fail rate using these is zero percent so far.

These paper sleeves for storing CD/DVD's may not be as durable looking as a plastic sleeve, but they serve the same protective purpose. They really shine if you frequently give away CD/DVDs to friends. I used to cringe at giving away a DVD in a costly plastic case that cost more than a blank DVD. Now, with these low cost paper sleeves, this is no longer an issue.

The sleeves were what I expected as I have ordered themm before. What I didn't like was the rubber band holding all the sleeves together inside the box. It causes the sleeves to wrinkle and look used. But, I have learned to live with it.

These sleeves are excellent, unlike some of the others here on Amazon, they're industry-standard thickness and fairly reliable - nothing cheap and flimsy here. However, and most unfortunately, they come wrapped very tightly in a rubber band that ends up leaving a fairly nasty indentation straight through the center of 5-6 on both ends of the bundle, and crimps in the middle-top and middle-bottom of all the rest. There's absolutely no need for that rubber band to be there, and if they really must put a rubber band for some reason, then employing the use of a wider rubber band would have resulted in considerably less crimping. Makes it acceptable for home use, but probably not the impression you want to be giving out if you're using these to mail CDs or DVDs to your customers.

I love these DVD sleeves. They are just the right size and easy to write on.

I bought these sleeves a few years ago and they were great but a bit pricey compared to other brands. When I had to buy new ones I decided to go with a cheaper brand and they were junk. The paper was thin, the cellophane was all loose and the flaps never stayed closed. I went back to these sleeves and were reminded why I spent a little more - quality. These sleeves are sturdy, well made and worth spending a little more on.

the sleeves do the job and take a lot less space to store. Easy to insert CDs into the sleeve.
