5.0 out of 5 stars great
Definitely recommend these CD-R's. The price is great for so many CD's. Memorex brand never disappoints. I've been burning with Memorex CD's for a year and while other brands tend to go bad after repeated usage, Memorex CD-R's never fail. Stick with Memorex.

1.0 out of 5 stars If your burner can't read these, toss them!
I've had nothing but grief with this brand of CD-R, and I'm not alone. After figuratively banging my head against the wall for hours trying to troubleshoot my burner, I thought to try another brand of CD-R. Guess what? No problems. If you Google Memorex CD-R, the first thing that pops up are endless reviews trashing this product.

Yes, it's cheap, and I...

5.0 out of 5 stars Very Reliable CD-R Disks, June 3, 2009
This review is from: Memorex 700MB/80-Minute 52x Data CD-R Media (30-Pack Spindle) (Electronics)
Memorex is my favorite brand of CD/DVD R/RW Disks. These CD-R disks are almost 100% reliable. Of the 30 CD's in the spindle, I've made only 2 coasters with my DELL E521 DVD/CD Burner.

5.0 out of 5 stars Memorex Always Delivers!, May 21, 2006
This review is from: Memorex 700MB/80-Minute 52x Data CD-R Media (30-Pack Spindle) (Electronics)
I use Memorex and Sony for all my master DVD/CD projects and I have never been disappointed by the quality of sound that I receive. Really, if it's important to you, and you want a clear, clean copy of music or crisp copy of data this is the CD to use.
Good product.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best I've Used, February 9, 2003
This review is from: Memorex 700MB/80-Minute 52x Data CD-R Media (30-Pack Spindle) (Electronics)
I never thought I would burn a cd without noise on it. I had been using a 4X USB burner with Maxell gold discs, and thought the burner was the problem. Then I got a new computer with a 40X writable burner, and had the same problem, even at only 4X speed. I was about ready to give up on burning music, and I bought these Memorex discs. Perfect burn at 40X. No noise whatsoever. Definitely the best I've ever used, and the only ones I'll use from now on.

Yes, it's cheap, and I really mean cheap. And you get what you pay for.

Avoid it!

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)

I was 'concerned' about ordering shoes on line but it was difficult to find my size at any local outlet. I took the chance and could not be any happier. I ordered a second pair and both fit perfectly.

1.0 out of 5 stars Junk, dysfunctional, DO NOT BUY!, June 2, 2010
This review is from: Memorex 700MB/80-Minute 52x Data CD-R Media (30-Pack Spindle) (Electronics)
The quality of these discs are junk. Now, I'm not one to complain, so this is rare to see me rate something one star (would rate zero.) It seems as though that when these discs reach a certain temperature, they begin to get that 'radio fuzz' sound and deteriorate in quality. I wouldn't complain and warn you guys, but I am sick of putting on albums that I can't get enough of and by the end, the 'radio fuzz' noise disrupts the music and ruins the whole CD!! I just burned a new disc "Low" by David Bowie, to be exact, and there was NO fuzz and I was SO happy, but Memorex just couldn't let me be happy, they had to throw in that fuzz on the last song. So I had to turn it off and was left feeling incomplete. I know it is these discs that are the problem, because my vinyl records and CDs have no problem playing from the same stereo. This fuzz sound also happens when they are played in the car for +30 minutes. Do not buy, go with another brand and do not let the high ratings fool you. If they are able to produce one bad batch, they are able to do it multiple times--and who knows, next it could be you.

Many cd-can be used in any drives. The media designed for stand alones is more inexpensive. Well these Memorex 700MB/80-Minute 52x Data CD-R Media (30-Pack Spindle) work well. I use them for data, mp3, and picture storage with my computer backup it has been used
