...and you can't beat the price

Ok, I'll admit that I'm somewhat of a MD newbie, but I am a sound technician in a theater. I was stoked when we got a Minidisc system for performances and the like. As you might guess, we use a lot of discs! We were using the expensive sony discs, but we have a limited budget, and the cost adds up quickly. The high command sent me shopping to find discs cheaper. After checking some mail order outlets, I found that Memorex discs were significantly less expensive than anyone else, and they sound just as good, even on high fideltiy theater amps. Note- I'm listening to Memorex discs right now as I type this review.

I purchased these Minidisks and EVERY DISK--ALL TEN--returned read errors. I hope this was a batch problem, but I cannot recommend this product.

It is good to see someone offering Blank MD's at a good price. The United States never caught on to Mini Discs like Japan and some parts of Europe. Memorex is a leader in recordable media, and this product is no exception! Top notch, and a great price helps out tremendously. Mini Discs are the greatest, I just can't believe how much people fork out for portable CD players just so they can skip and take up so much space!

These blank minidiscs are the best recordable media i have found they give excellent sound quality even after the hundreds of times I have recorded over the and there resistance to extreme temperatures is excellent in case you leave a minidisc in your car which i have done previously and lost alot of minidiscs from.

This is a really great price, but, as you can see, they're all gray. If you don't mind that, its great, but I prefer to have the ease of looking at the color of the disc to know what's on it. They also each come with their own protective case, but considering how indestructible MiniDiscs are, they're kind of obsolete.

This disk can hold many many mp3 songs and play so clear. This is just great.It is so true ,is it "Memorex"?

The mini disc can hold more songs then the cd's of today and it can hold more if you store two songs on one track, I know one thing..you don't have to worry about cleaning the disc. I use the mini disc a lot, It's great for downloading music on web (Mp3 etc.) or just recording music that you already have. It's a great buy!!

When I first got them, I thought that maybe my minidisc player was defective. Now, I know better. Don't buy this, unless you want to throw away your money.
