Memorex CDR80 Blank Recordable Discs in Cool Colors

These used to contain 5 colors. Now they only contain four: black (difficult to label), red, blue and purple. One of my favorite features is that the burnable side is colored - not just the label side. So far I have never had one of these discs be a coaster (a disc that is flawed and won't burn).

Although priced at the low end, these are good quality CD's.. THis is my second purchase of these.. I bought them locally one time and couldn't find them again, so I found them on Amazon. I love the packaging including the fact that they are separately wrapped in 25 packs of different colors inside. Just get a silver sharpie if you want to write on the black ones.

This will be my "go to" cd source..

Only had a couple of disc that could not be used. Worked great and with the different colors I made each disc a set color. For example red - Disc 1, blue - Disc 2, etc. As previous reviewers stated it is difficult to mark them, but I used a few dymo strips.

I like all the color except for black! I mean, how the hell am I going to label/write on my CD if its all black!? Luckily I have a silver sharpie, but still. Thats pretty stupid of Memorex to design a black CD.

And the case is weak. Open & close it a couple of times and then one of the hinges broke. Made out of pretty weak plastic.

I haven't tested the CDs yet, so I don't know about its functionality. But you can read other reviews for that.

I love having a pack of CDs. I will write data and audio discs. These discs come in various colors. Excellent.
