After 8 months, DVD player died!,

Bought this tv as part of black friday sale. Now the dvd just stop reading. Picture also was never great. Event hough it said 1080i, it never shows more than 720p regardless of the movie your playing or the channel.

Bought this tv in Sept. 08, had problems with it soon after.
1. wouldn't eject dvd 2. channel buttons on tv wouldn't work 3. finally the tv picture went out, audio would work but not video Now the fun part, dealing with manufacturer! I'm still waiting for them to contact me to let me know what they're going to do to fix the problem. So I imagine it will be months before anything gets resolved! Lesson learned, I should have just spent a little more money to get a better quality tv! PS I definitely give this product zero stars! |
