Hi all,
I swear by Creative Memories tools but this one has frustrated me. This is a great cutter and cuts cleanly BUT the arm won't stay up while I'm lining up the paper. It keep slightly dropping and pushing the photo out of line. I have to hold up the guillotine with my pinkie while I'm lining up the photo. Believe it or not I start getting sore on my pinky where I've rested it on the blade!
Contacted CM (this is the SECOND cutter that has this proc) and they said they won't exchange it for that. Huh? I can't get a straight cut without holding it open! This problem started the first day I owned it.
