This book presents an intervention program of memory enhancement for o lder adults that integrates two approaches: cognitive restructuring an d traditional memory training. The program is organized in a series of sessions with a built-in progression. Each session activity is broken down for the facilitator in terms of manageable units of work for the group participants and handout exercises for independent completion. It also includes instruction in the role of health conditions and diet ary factors that affect memory enhancement in the elderly.
