the cot is good, the mattress is too soft
I own this cot almost for three months. The cot looks reliable and comfortable. The mattress is too soft.

Good experience with the company even though I returned the item.
The product wasn't exactly what I wanted (although it could be perfect for another person's needs) and I asked to return it. The company could not have been more cooperative with the return so even though I didn't hang onto the bed, I had a very good overall experience.

Easy to assemble (put on casters) light weight easy to fold up. Mattress very soft it is comfortable for sleeping but with head elevated, it is too soft for sitting. Once head end is elevated, it is hard to adjust down again. It is perfect for my purposes and when not needed it is easy to store away. I am happy with this purchase.
