Do you go into a grocery store and forget what you were supposed to purchase?
Do you lose your keys all the time?
Well Davis Viera explains how to remember the list but to remember where your keys are always put them in the same place. Even buy a special container or hook to put them in or on. I put my keys inside a crystal votive holder. I always know where they are except when I leave them in a pocket. OK, I'm not perfect.
A trick Davis doesn't mention that has helped me a lot in life is to recall information by going through the alphabet. So if you were trying to remember a famous person's name just start going through the alphabet and when you hit the first letter of the name it will usually jump out at you.
I really enjoyed reading this book. I can imagine that Davis Viera's shows are very entertaining. He is especially creative and will help you remember just about anything.
