In the days when most laptops come with one SDHC card slot, this accessory is quite useful when you want to copy data directly from one SDHC to another, or to transfer the data from a SDHC to a slotless desktop box.

One added bonus I found is that it allows me to read some SHDC cards that my aging laptop refused to access.

The end-lids make it very convenient to carry around in one's pocket, and I found that carrying this and a couple SDHC cards in my wallet is less hassle than toting around a gaggle of USB pen drives.

I got this product as a bonus when I bought a micro mini card. The card reader-writer works exactly as expected. It fits snugly in the USB port, never fails to read my card. I have not had any problem at all. I like the sleek design with covers protecting both ends. I never leave home without it.

I bought this and I LOVE IT!!! It's the perfect size and it's not all bulky like other ones. I put my camera sd card on one end and plug it into the usb port to my computer and upload my pics, it's really easy to use and if anything happens to my current one I will definitely order another one of these! Great product!

I ordered this item because it was blue, so that I matched it to which class it went to. It was actually black. I already have a black one and wanted to organize myself. It should say that its black in the description, or change the pic.

I bought one for casual college use (my laptop's a piece of crap, and sometimes have to resort to college computer labs). My laptop won't use it, lab computers won't use it...there's a red light which goes on when in use- it won't fit snugly in USB port, so light rarely comes on, no matter which way you twist or bend it.

It's one of those products where you NEED to shell out a little dough for a good quality. and this product is of poor quality.

Works for me so far. Quality isn't top-notch and I'm guessing factory quality control probably isn't the greatest. The price is cheap and fair for the quality you get. Glad mine works.

Bought 2 of these, neither one worked, first one tried to work then just quit, the second one didn't want to fit in the USB port, once it was in then the SD was hard to get it in, this one never worked tried them in 3 different computers, they are JUNK... don't buy them.

This is great. It allows me to easily insert the new SD chips into my computer and it is great to have an additional SD card slot.
