Product Description

Memory for Students is a memory skills improvement course specifically designed to teach college and university students the art of learning. This course was developed by memorization experts with one goal in mind: increasing academic performance.

The course consists of a minimum of theory combined with real-life examples from fields such as engineering, business, health sciences, biology, economy, history, psychology, chemistry, arts and others.

In this course we show you how experienced students study. Successful students describe in detail how they approach various learning situations, and you will see how they combine the various techniques learned at the beginning of the course to achieve impressive results.

College courses are not easy. To do well, you need a good learning technique. Memory training is a bit like martial arts training: Anybody can slam a fist on a board. With proper training the board will break before the fist does.

Memory for Students represents state-of-the-art memory training. It is the result of several years of hard work and research. We have made a special effort to make this course as efficient, practical and useful as possible. Because it is specially designed for college and university students, results are almost immediate.

More About the Author

Gilbert Babin is a researcher specializing in memory skills development and alternative ways of learning.

His learning programs are founded on the metacognitive theories of learning made mainstream during the early 70's.

He is a very down to earth individual who does not take anything written for granted. His methods are continuously tested in real-world situations and constantly modified to adjust to new data and feedback.

His personal goal is to produce the best memory training and learning assessment tools in the world.

Gilbert's books are really learning programs or courses that have been presented in book form. So he prefers being called an "educator" rather than an "author".

Gilbert lives near the ocean in New Brunswick, Canada.
