Men's Bible Study group
I would recommend this book to any Men's Bible Study group. Gene Getz has written several studies for men. What better attribute to focus on than "Integrity" in a world of mistrust.

Samuel - a favorite
Samuel is an excellent example for the present generation in faithfulness. Not as well written as I expected but a still a good read.

"Samuel: A Lifetime Serving God" is another installment in the Men of Character series by Gene Getz. This title focuses on one of the few men mentioned in the Bible who was faithful to God from his early life up to his death.
The book covers Samuel's entire life and events he was a part of: living with Eli the Priest, annointing Saul and David as kings, etc. There are 13 chapters entitled: 1. Chaos and Confusion 2. A Cry for Help 3. A Thankful Heart 4. The Priority of Praise 5. Wickedness in High Places 6. The Voice in the Night 7. A Serious Error in Judgment 8. Doing Things God's Way 9. Abusing and Misusing Freedom 10. God's Permissive Will 11. A Second Chance 12. A Man of Character 13.
