Derwald and Chiappone aim to help men create the look they desire in order to achieve success in the business and personal arenas. In formulating their advice, they draw on such consultants as plastic surgeons, hair specialists, manufacturers of exercise equipment and elevator shoes, and an "Aesthetic Associates Center" maintained by three M.D.s. Emphasis throughout is on looking one's best and building one's personal confidence. In pursuit of these goals, Derwald and Chiappone leave no aspect of a man's life unexamined or un(der)attended. For instance, in the chapter, "Female Fantasy," they note that although most men have no reason to be concerned about the size of their sex organs, should one find his of less than average size, "there is always the surgical enlargement procedure known as phalloplasty." Now that's comprehensive coverage. Mike Tribby
