I thought these videos were just designed for men.I didn`t even think of using any of these Men of Steel videos.Then a friend of mine gave it to me,and said she had used it.She said it was a great workout for men and women.She said she got incredible results from using it.So I decided to give it a try.I was amazed by this killer leg workout.Gilad Janklowicz is a great insructer.My whole lower body was burning after this workout.Gilad goes through squats,lunges,backwards lunges,hamstring work,and does a floorwork sequence.Gilad uses ankle weights during the workout.You don`t have to use ankle weights.I use two pound ankle weights during the workout.Men I think would use heavier ankle weights.The whole workout ends with a stretch.This workout is very effective.This is a great workout for Men and Women,even though it is a Men of Steel video.This made me want to by Gilad`s Arms of Steel video.Gilad is a very cute instructer and this is a killer workout for the lower body.It targeets the calves,thighs,buns and more.TERRIFIC

This workout is good for all, not just men. Precise and effective in a manageable amount of time.

this is one great tape workout...yes, I know...it's a VHS....but it's worth it! Gilad always delivers on his workouts! they are "timeless"....and women can use the "men of steel" tapes as well ....
