5.0 out of 5 stars This CD is da bomb
When I first saw the film I knew the soundtrack'd be sweet, and ever sice I brought it it's been stuck in my player. A few of the songs are slow and smooth, like Time to shine, which has a nice mixture with Lilm Kim & Mona Lisa. Some of the songs like Winter Warz make it to my best hits list, and Funky sounds by Lil Bud & Tizone is Phat. So's Freak It Out by...

3.0 out of 5 stars pretty Good
I dug r. kelly's "Tempo slow"&also the track he wrote for the Isley Brother's "Let's lay together".which has a strong O'jays vibe going on there. but I gotta say Joe's "What Your Man won't do" stole the Soundtrack.that is still a on point track.

So's Freak It Out by Doug. E. Fresh and Maintain ny Erick Sermon. There's something for everyone, and dependin on how you feel, you can change the tunes to suit you. If your feeling mellow, just stick on Let's Lay Together or Don't give up, but if you're out for some pain & pleasure, go for winter warz or Maintain. Anyways this is a B*****n' album

This soundtrack LP is off the hook. All the artists came to work on this joint. The movie and the LP dropped at a good time 96 when a lot of dope tracks came out.

This soundtrack is off the cuffing chains. Check out track 1 by Cappadona from the WU TANG. Track 5 by Monalisa is also wicked. Track 11 by UGK ft Keith Murray, hey the list is endless. Mobb Deep with Up North Trip... Oh my god. Pity soundtracks we get lately are not as tight. ALUTA KONTINUA (Struggle Continues)!!!

This soundtrack is still on point, and still one of the best R&B and Rapp tracks out there. It is also a good party CD too. The movie itself was so silly it makes you laugh. Every track on this CD is hittin', from slow songs to the underground tracks it's like being at the club when you are bumpin' it. A must have.

Overall this album has a little sprinkle of everything and if you listen to the album straight through you will hear a solid album cut for cut. The only problem is "Winter Warz" can be found on Ghostface's album, "Maintain" can be found on Erick Sermon's album, "Up North Trip" can be found on Mobb Deep's album so if you are a true hip hop fan you probably already have all those albums.
