This book is a compilation of essays, poetry, and art. These works beautifully depict healing from severe abuse. I'm a bit partial, I must say. I have two poems published in this book! Recommended reading for all abuse survivors. The journey is long, but it has sweet rewards.

A well compiled book of poems, drawings, and perspectives from those who are healing from dissociative disorders. Down-to-earth, hopeful, and insightful. Supportive of integration and the difficult journey to wholeness; this is an incredible achievement from the dissociative community and illuminates the wrenching work that is involved in the reclaimation of self. Inspiring! Hope-full! Also, a valuable, enlightening book for supportive others.
